Examination of the interview results suggested that as a result of their participation, the teachers received advice on knowledge and skills from the school counselor, regained confidence, and obtained new viewpoints relating to their psychological and educational services to the students. In addition, communication among teachers in a given grade was facilitated. 内容記述 本研究の目的は,生徒への心理教育的援助サービスに関するコーディネーション委員会におけるコンサルテーション機能および相互コンサルテーション機能を検討することであった。A中学校での3年間のコーディネーション委員会に継続的に参加した8名の教師を対象に,参加した理由やメリットなどについて半構造化面接を行った。半構造化面接の結果を分析したところ,スクールカウンセラーによるコンサルテーションを通して,教師は生徒への援助サービスに関して,知識やスキルについてのアドバイス,安心・自信,新たな視点を得るとともに,学年間や教師同士のつながりが促進されたことが示唆された。そして参加者による相互コンサルテーションでは,援助サービスに関して,同僚からの受け入れと時間と場の共有が可能になったとともに,さらに教師の生徒の問題に関する当事者意識が高まったことが示唆された。
