{"created":"2021-03-01T06:43:42.058713+00:00","id":8318,"links":{},"metadata":{"_buckets":{"deposit":"93a31d2b-6b58-467f-a7ec-9bc320ce413e"},"_deposit":{"id":"8318","owners":[],"pid":{"revision_id":0,"type":"depid","value":"8318"},"status":"published"},"_oai":{"id":"oai:tsukuba.repo.nii.ac.jp:00008318","sets":["3:233:254"]},"author_link":["34662"],"item_12_biblio_info_6":{"attribute_name":"書誌情報","attribute_value_mlt":[{"bibliographicIssueDates":{"bibliographicIssueDate":"1982","bibliographicIssueDateType":"Issued"}}]},"item_12_date_granted_46":{"attribute_name":"学位授与年月日","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_dategranted":"1982-03-25"}]},"item_12_degree_grantor_44":{"attribute_name":"学位授与大学","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_degreegrantor":[{"subitem_degreegrantor_language":"ja","subitem_degreegrantor_name":"筑波大学"},{"subitem_degreegrantor_language":"en","subitem_degreegrantor_name":"University of Tsukuba"}],"subitem_degreegrantor_identifier":[{"subitem_degreegrantor_identifier_name":"12102","subitem_degreegrantor_identifier_scheme":"kakenhi"}]}]},"item_12_degree_name_43":{"attribute_name":"取得学位","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_degreename":"博士（理学）"},{"subitem_degreename":"Doctor of Philosophy in Science"}]},"item_12_description_4":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"農家の兼業深化が全国的に進むなかで，農業環境の変化に対応した新しい形態の自立型農業経営が近年広く成立しつつある。これらの自立型農業経営は，地域の自然的諸条件とともに，社会経済的立地条件を敏感に反映しており，現代日本における農村の地域性を解明するうえで重要な手がかりを提供している。本論文は，このような自立型農業経営の形成過程と存在形態を，その置かれている地域の諸条件と関係づけて検討することによって，調査農村の地域的特性を地域生態論的観点から把握するための方法論的試みである。すなわち，本論文は，広い地域を対象にした従来の地域性分析の方法とは大きく異なり，ある地域を特徴づける卓越的地理事象に関して，その詳細な悉皆調査を行える程度の微細地域を集中的に研究することによって，地域性の本質がより明確に把握できるという立場に立脚している。　調査地区である茨城県出島村下大津は，首都圏の近郊外縁地帯に位置し，都市化の浸透にともなって近年急速に変貌しつつある農村地域である。自立型農業経営としては，蓮根を中心とする野菜栽培，花卉栽培，養豚経営など，狭い地区の中に多様な商業的農業の経営類型が成立しており，メガロポリス地帯における農業的特質が，本地区にまで拡大していることを示している。これらの経営類型はいずれも最近10数年の問に形成されたものばかりである。以前の自給生産部門を多量に含んだ伝統的農業経営に対して，かつて近郊農業地域に特徴的にみられた集約的生産部門が，遠心的にその立地範囲を拡大させており，これが調査地区における自立型農業経営の多様さをもたらしている。しかし，労働カの都市化が顕著なほどには土地利用の都市化が進んでいない近郊外縁地域の性格を反映して，調査地区の自立型農業経営にはいくつかの共通な性格が認められる。まず，経営耕地面積は2 haとかなり広くうまた徐々に拡大する傾向がみられる。経営は中心となる集約的生産部門に専門化する傾向がみられる。農業労働力は家族内でほぼ完結している。また，農作業リズムの異なるいくつかの経営部門を組み合わせることで，これらの家族労働力を一年中完全燃焼させる工夫がなされている。非自立型の農家については，その多くが労働力の商品化によって所得を確保するとともに，所有耕地に関しては，都市化への期待感から資産維持的な粗放的土地利用を行っている。このため，自立型農家による一部の土地の集約的利用と，その他の農家による土地の粗放的利用というアンバランスが広く認められる。 This dissertation is the analysis of regionality by means of the systematic examination of a selected small area.
