 note = {オープンサイエンスとは，科学研究の成果である研究データのオープン化と論文のオープンアクセスを含む概念であり，近年，国内外の政府組織や科学コミュニティによって強力に推進されている。公開されたデータを研究者のみならず，企業や市民が活用することによって，雇用やイノベーションの創出による経済効果，社会の課題解決などにつなげることが期待されている。本稿ではまず，オープンサイエンスに関する政策動向を概観したのち，公開データの活用事例や学術情報流通の方向性について述べる。続いて，研究者がデータを公開する際の障壁と図書館による支援，およびコミュニティによる課題解決の取り組みについて紹介する。, Open Science is a concept that includes open research data and open access to scholarly literature, and it has been promoted vigorously by government organizations and scientific communities. Utilization of published research data by not only researchers but also corporations and citizens is expected to lead to economic effects resulting from employment and innovation and to solve social problems. This paper outlines policy trends related to open science, provides examples of utilization of open research data, and elaborates the direction of scholarly communication.
