Intensive immunosuppressive therapy is initiated before irreversible lung damage can occur; however, there are few lines of evidence for the treatment of RP-ILD. Here, we report three cases of anti-MDA5 antibody-associated DM with RP-ILD in which the patients were treated with combined-modality therapy, including high-dose prednisolone, tacrolimus, intravenous cyclophosphamide and intravenous immunoglobulin (IVIG). In all three cases, serum ferritin levels, which are known to represent the disease activity of RP-ILD, were decreased after IVIG administration. IVIG might contribute to the control of the disease activity of anti-MDA5 antibody-positive DM. Moreover, palmar violaceous macules/papules around the interphalangeal joints, which was observed in all three cases in the incipient stage, might be a useful sign in suggesting a diagnosis of anti-MDA5 antibody-associated DM.","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_5_publisher_27":{"attribute_name":"出版者","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_publisher":"wiley"}]},"item_5_relation_10":{"attribute_name":"PubMed番号","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_relation_type_id":{"subitem_relation_type_id_text":"28346662","subitem_relation_type_select":"PMID"}}]},"item_5_relation_11":{"attribute_name":"DOI","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_relation_type_id":{"subitem_relation_type_id_text":"10.1111/bjd.15499","subitem_relation_type_select":"DOI"}}]},"item_5_rights_12":{"attribute_name":"権利","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_rights":"© 2017 British Association of Dermatologists"}]},"item_5_select_15":{"attribute_name":"著者版フラグ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_select_item":"author"}]},"item_5_source_id_7":{"attribute_name":"ISSN","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"00070963","subitem_source_identifier_type":"ISSN"}]},"item_5_source_id_9":{"attribute_name":"書誌レコードID","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"AA00574479","subitem_source_identifier_type":"NCID"}]},"item_creator":{"attribute_name":"著者","attribute_type":"creator","attribute_value_mlt":[{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"Koguchi-Yoshioka, H."}],"nameIdentifiers":[{}]},{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"Okiyama, N."}],"nameIdentifiers":[{}]},{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"Iwamoto, K."}],"nameIdentifiers":[{}]},{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"Matsumura, Y."}],"nameIdentifiers":[{}]},{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"Ogawa, T."}],"nameIdentifiers":[{}]},{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"Inoue, S."}],"nameIdentifiers":[{}]},{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"Watanabe, R."}],"nameIdentifiers":[{}]},{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"Fujimoto, M."}],"nameIdentifiers":[{}]}]},"item_files":{"attribute_name":"ファイル情報","attribute_type":"file","attribute_value_mlt":[{"accessrole":"open_date","date":[{"dateType":"Available","dateValue":"2018-12-01"}],"displaytype":"detail","filename":"BJD_177.pdf","filesize":[{"value":"5.5 MB"}],"format":"application/pdf","licensetype":"license_note","mimetype":"application/pdf","url":{"label":"BJD_177","url":"https://tsukuba.repo.nii.ac.jp/record/44645/files/BJD_177.pdf"},"version_id":"f47908dd-802c-4f56-91bf-7a7b3566982b"}]},"item_language":{"attribute_name":"言語","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_language":"eng"}]},"item_resource_type":{"attribute_name":"資源タイプ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"resourcetype":"journal article","resourceuri":"http://purl.org/coar/resource_type/c_6501"}]},"item_title":"Intravenous immunoglobulin contributes to the control of antimelanoma differentiation-associated protein 5 antibody-associated dermatomyositis with palmar violaceous macules/papules","item_titles":{"attribute_name":"タイトル","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_title":"Intravenous immunoglobulin contributes to the control of antimelanoma differentiation-associated protein 5 antibody-associated dermatomyositis with palmar violaceous macules/papules"}]},"item_type_id":"5","owner":"1","path":["6280","6278","5228","6279","6277"],"pubdate":{"attribute_name":"公開日","attribute_value":"2018-01-10"},"publish_date":"2018-01-10","publish_status":"0","recid":"44645","relation_version_is_last":true,"title":["Intravenous immunoglobulin contributes to the control of antimelanoma differentiation-associated protein 5 antibody-associated dermatomyositis with palmar violaceous macules/papules"],"weko_creator_id":"1","weko_shared_id":5},"updated":"2022-04-27T09:16:05.814533+00:00"}
