 note = {本稿では、大学院博士前期課程の日本語教育コースで筆者が行っている教育実習の概要を報告し、教育実習において実習生が授業活動を客観的に観察することの重要性を述べる。日本語教師養成プログラムにおいて教育実習は、教育に関する知識や技術を実践するのに必要とされる。授業で行った実践を踏まえてさらに実践を重ねるにあたり、実習生は様々な面で客観的に授業を捉えるようになれば、次の授業でさらに自己の授業をよくすることができる。実習ではブログやビデオを用い、ミーティングや授業リハーサルを行うことによって観察力を高める工夫を行った。本報告を通して、教育実習は恒常的な教師の成長を促進するように設計されるべきで、実習生の客観的な観察力が教師としての自律学習に重要であることを主張する。, In this paper, we report an overview of the teacher training in the Japanese language education course of the master's program, and note the importance of observing objectively class activities in the teaching practicum. Teacher training requires practice of both educational knowledge and skills. If the trainee students objectively grasp lessons in various aspects, they can further improve their classes in the next lesson. In the practical training, we aimed to improve the content and teaching skills by using blogs, videos, meetings, and class rehearsals. Through this report, we suggest that teaching practice should be designed to encourage permanent teacher growth, and that the ability to observe objectively is important for autonomous learning as a teacher.},
