The program integrated cultural aspects and consisted of three elements : career development, job-hunting tips, and Japanese language. Students' reactions on the final paper indicates that the program was effective in several ways ; it has facilitated their career planning, changed their perspectives for career, increased awareness of self and culture, improved their Japanese and communication skills, and increased positive outlook for their future.
