In other words, we obtain the\npossibility that educational investment for human capital is crowded out under\nglobal economic growth. To this end, we assume the phenomenon of\ninternational knowledge spillover, effects of population growth on human\ncapital accumulation, and non-unity intertemporal elasticity of substitution\nin an endogenous growth model along the lines developed by Arnold. This\nmodel comprises R&D activities along the lines proposed by Jones and human\ncapital accumulation along the lines proposed by Uzawa and Lucas.\nThe results show that even if international spillover increases, low-growth\ntraps without human capital investment emerge in some cases, for example,\nan economy with a large intertemporal elasticity of substitution and a high\npopulation growth rate.","subitem_description_language":"en","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_11_publisher_27":{"attribute_name":"出版者","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_publisher":"University of Tsukuba.
