We consider what their essential difference is by\ngiving parallel derivations of their resulting outcomes. The derivations pinpoint\nthat the difference is only in the use of quantifiers for each player ’s prediction\nabout the other ’s possible decisions; the universal quantifier for the former and\nthe existential quantifier for the latter. Using this difference, we argue that the\nformer is compatible with the free-will postulate for game theory that each player\nhas free will for his decision making, and that for the latter, the interpretation in\nterms of determinism would be more natural. In the present approach, however,\nthe distinction between decisions and predictions still remains interpretational. For\nan explicit distinction, we undertake, in the companion paper, a study of those\ntheories in a framework of common knowledge logic.","subitem_description_language":"en","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_11_publisher_27":{"attribute_name":"出版者","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_publisher":"University of Tsukuba.
