As for the product safety,only production companies do not take responsibility. It is necessary for the consumer to cooperate with safe security,and information sharing about the product safety is indispensable for companies and consumer in both sides. In 2007,Consumer Product Safety Law was revised,and a reporting the serious accident information was obliged to all companies. The law also prescribes that the reported accident must be announced to publicity. It is the first step for manufacturers,users,and administration to secure product safety all in one body.
