 note = {本稿では、日本語教師を対象とした研究支援の取り組みについて報告する。筆者らが実施している研究会の特徴は、１）研究の完成度は問わず、気軽に発表できること、２） 発表者と参加者間のラポールがすでに形成されていること、３）発表者と参加者双方向の活発な対話が可能なこと、４）研究相談の機会が提供されること、５）発表後も継続的に研究支援が行われること、である。高等教育機関での日本語教師への継続的な研究支援は、各教師の指導力の向上、実践研究に対する意欲の向上につながり、結果として日本語プログラム全体の質の向上にも寄与することが期待される。, This paper reports on a workshop for Japanese-language teachers to support their research. The workshop is characterized by the following five points: 1) The presenters are free to present or showcase their research, regardless of the de¬gree of completion; 2) Rapport has already been formed between presenters and par¬ticipants; 3) Interactive and active discussions are possible between presenters and participants; 4) Opportunities for research consultation are provided; and 5) Ongoing research support is continued after the workshops are completed. Continuing to support the research efforts of teachers in the Japanese language pro¬grams at the university will lead to the improvement of each teacher's teaching skills and motivation for practical research.
