 note = {本稿では、国際交流基金メキシコ日本文化センターが実施している「ノンネイティブ日本語教師交流会」においてメキシコ・中米カリブ地域の参加者が得た学びについて報告する。インタビューによると、実行委員として企画・実施に携わる教師は「協働」「会の組み立て方」「会話のファシリテーション」について学んだ。また言語面について、自己評価に基づくと参加者はCEFR A2～B1程度の目標言語行動（Can-do）を概ね達成し、学習継続に対する動機付けを高めた。さらに文化面では事後アンケートから評価すると、参加者は他者に関心を抱きオープンな態度で会に臨み、自分との相違点のみならず相手との共通点を発見するなど、相互文化的能力を活用したコミュニケーションを実現することができた。, This article summarizes the findings from the "Exchange Session among Non-Native Teachers" organized by The Japan Foundation, Mexico. Teachers involved in the planning and implementation, as committee members, learned about collaboration, meeting organization, and facilitation of conversations. Additionally, participants achieved proficiency levels ranging from CEFR A2 to B1, which effectively motivated them to continue their Japanese language learning journey. In terms of the cultural exchange and interaction, participants used their intercultural competence and facilitated meaningful cultural exchanges.
