 note = {本稿は日本の気候変動の熟議への若者世代の参加の課題を究明する。このために、長野県諏訪地域の氷の文化「御神渡り」の気候変動対策を題材に、高校生とシニア世代のフォーカスグループによる熟議フォーラムを実施した。ここでは、異世代との議論での若者世代の発言回数と参加態度、議論の経験に対する満足度に着目した。この結果、女子高校生の発言回数が顕著に少なかった。また、高校生は比較的受動的な参加だったが、シニア大学生からの情報提供に驚きや恐れの感情を抱いた。また、議論の経験に比較的満足していることが示された。, This study investigates the challenges of engaging the youth generation in climate change deliberations in Japan. A deliberation forum with focus groups of high school students and senior citizens was conducted on the topic of the climate change countermeasures in the ice tradition called omiwatari, in Suwa, Nagano Prefecture. The research focused on the frequency of youth engagement, their attitude toward participation, and their satisfaction with the discussion, Results indicated notably lower participation among female high school students. Despite the relatively passive involvement of high school students, they emotionally responded to seniors and expressed satisfaction with the discussion experience.},
