In the case of “the Frontiers of theRoman Empire”, the problem of large complex serial transnational nominations was pointed out. The case of“the Selous Game Reserve” illustrated the difficulties of protecting large areas as World Heritage sites due toissues of economic development and conservation. Particularly in the natural heritage, it was pointed out thatthe area of the property may be reduced, along with the issue of climate change, which the \"Great BarrierReef\" represents.
