With some exceptions of few mitochondrial proteins, almost all proteins are synthesized in the cytoplasm and then accurately transported into their final destinations. Their transprtation to the probable loci to make compartments in the cells is an important factor to express and to keep efficient cell functions. Therefore, following question has been arising: How proteins sythesized in cytoplasm accurately and efficiently reach their final destinations. Many efforts have been made to elucidate the pathways of the protein transport systems and several hypotheses have ben obtained. Proteins destined for the mitochondria and nucleus are transported directly from the post-translational transport which don't coupled with the translation of the proteins (Shatz and Butou 1983, Hay et al. 1984, Kalderon et al. 1984). ・・・
