We propose a novel mechanism to build up a supermassive black hole(SMBH). Here, we consider the radiation drag (Poynting-Robertson) effect, which extracts angular momentum from interstellar medium (ISM) and thereby drives the mass accretion onto a galactic center. First, we numerically solve the relativistic radiation hydrodynamic equation coupled with accurate radiation transfer to scrutinize the radiation drag efficiency in a galactic bulge. Secondly, we quantitativly investigate the efficiency of radiation drag in a galaxy composed of bulge and disk, incorporating the chemical evolution of the host galaxy. Then, we elucidate the relation between the mass of SMBH and the bulge-disk ratio of the galaxy. Thirdly, we study the radiation hydrodynamic formation of massive black holes (BHs) to reveal the low mass end of BH hierarchy. ・・・
